It is with bittersweet sentiment that we announce the official closure of the long-running Cleveland/New York label, Exit Stencil Recordings. We have been quiet for the past couple years, as work and family commitments grew, and we decided now was the time to make our official exit. We will be having a farewell party / wake for the label on Saturday, October 12th at The Happy Dog. The night will feature Herzog, The New Lou Reeds, and a number of special guests from the label’s catalog over the years will be making surprise appearances and playing a few songs. We plan to have super cheap records and giveaways to clear out any back stock.
