On top of holding Existential Cafes, Andrew is a Dance Temple trained ecstatic dance facilitator, Breathwave trained breathwork facilitator, and bodyworker.Existential Café is a structured conversation around deeply intellectual and philosophical ideas. After establishing an intellectual common ground, the container gives way for shares of a more emotional and spiritual nature to unfold. This is both intellectual shadow work and a celebration of life, in all its chaotic yet beautiful complexity. As well as planting seeds for community and revolution.

CVMC meditations are on the first Wednesday of every month at 10:00 AM, and the third Monday of every month at 6:30 PM. Sally's Yurt is located at 1957 Arden Road in Courtenay. The yurt is located near the back of the property and the door is to the far left of the yurt, not on the deck. Parking is available on the road. Meditation seating is available but feel free to bring your own comfort items.
All gatherings are by cash donation and all profits will be donated to different non-profit organizations. We do not accept email transfers at this time so cash is appreciated to help pay for the rental and to pay it forward! We appreciate our facilitators for donating their time and energy!
