An exhibition that gives credence to millinery being art. A visual sensational feast of wearable millinery that can also adorn a room as a work of art.
About Cynthia Jones Bryson
Cynthia is a graduate of CIT Fashion Design. It was during this three year study that she was drawn to the world of hats. This along with two years of theatrical millinery with the world renowned Jane Smith in London.
Cynthia has designed and made many hats over her twenty year career, with some high profile Australians such as Dame Quentin Bryce on the list. She also holds the record for winning the prestigious, invitation only Melbourne Cup Millinery Award three times.
Cynthia loves exploring new techniques and materials and holds workshops around the country (and soon to be London) to pass on her skills.
Cynthia’s designs are truly a work of art that can adorn a room on its own.
