Want to understand what goes on behind the scenes in the university art collection? Fancy helping decide what goes on display? Join us as we challenge ourselves to create an exhibition in a day. The exhibition, selected, curated and interpreted by you, will remain on display in our Manton Room.
This exhibition-making marathon is a drop-in affair so join us for as much or as little time as you like. If you join us Friday, you’ll be more likely to be deciding themes and stories and selecting art works. If you join us Saturday, you’ll be arranging, installing and interpreting. Or you can dip in and out both days.
We want you to help us share the hidden gems of the university art collection – and also to help us think about how to share them more effectively in future, including through getting the collection online.
