Amshot is pleased to host exhibITion: Flora & Ember featuring artwork by Brooke Hutchens on Thursday, November 7, from 5pm to 8pm.
The opening is free to attend. For a $5 suggested donation, guests can enjoy light hors-d'oeuvres, wine, and beer from our brewery sponsor, Angry Scotsman Brewing (21+).
All wristband donations and 10 percent of art sales benefit Positive Tomorrows, Oklahoma's only school and social services agency specifically for children and families experiencing homelessness.
The opening will include a short talk on cybersecurity by exhibITion sponsor, Datto. Cox is also sponsoring exhibITion: Flora & Ember.

Brooke has made art in Oklahoma City for more than 18 years. Her artwork has appeared nationally, from Times Square to The Vampire Diaries. She hand-mulls watercolor paints derived from natural earth pigments through her business, Redbud Pigment Co., which she uses in her artwork.
ExhibITion: Flora & Ember is a celebration of nature’s intricate beauty and resilience, conveyed through a variety of mediums—wood burning, painting, drawing, and cyanotypes. Inspired by the organic forms and delicate structures found in flora, this body of work seeks to explore the relationship between nature’s fragility and its enduring strength.
What is exhibITion?
As a local business, amshot focuses on IT services and software development, but our team is also passionate about supporting the local art community. With this in mind, we created exhibITion to promote local artists, give back to our community, and enjoy the company of fellow art lovers.
Three times a year, amshot features a local artist's work on our office walls, hosts an art exhibition and sale, invites a local brewery to participate in the event, and donates the proceeds to a charitable organization.
