Vendor Registration for February 7, 2026
Join us for the Hearts & Health Fair — A Family Wellness & Community Care Day on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10 AM–1 PM in Thousand Oaks.
This energizing kickoff to the 2026 Conejo 101 Family Event Series spotlights fitness, family health, and whole-community wellness as part of our New Year RESET Spotlight Series.
Families will enjoy live fitness demos, interactive wellness discussions, and creative kids’ activities with our Valentine's Craft Party— all while exploring local exhibitors and resources in health, education, and lifestyle.

- Women-Owned Business Hub: Support local and visit our women-owned vendor zone.
- Fitness & Wellness Demos: Family-friendly movement sessions and health education.
- Creative Kids Tables: Wellness-themed Valentine crafts & kindness projects.

Vendor participation is open to businesses in wellness, fitness, education, lifestyle, and family services.
💼 Booth Rate: $275
Vendors provide own 6' table, and chair (linens provided). All exhibitors are required to bring an interactive activity for kids (craft station, play zone, games), and decorate their display area in a fun Valentine's Day theme/decor.
Venue Partner - St. Patrick's Day School. We'll be running our family event indoors in Perrish Hall from 10am-1pm. Our event is open to the public with plenty of parking and activities.
