This 3-hour workshop is not your "positive vibes only" kind of gig. This is an opportunity for you to show up as your authentic self and give your mind and body an opportunity to relax. You will leave feeling calm and light, with tangible tools to help manage stress. Activities include meditation, self-reflection activities, breathing techniques, and yoga nidra (yoga of sleep; no downward dogs, I promise). No previous meditation or yoga experienced required!
Your facilitator is a National Certified Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher.
The first 10 attendees will also receive a free journal.
