About this Event
What? A two-hour life drawing class, in person, drawing from a model. This week we will be drawing the wonderful Dominique, founder of Ennew Dance. Dominique is experienced in ballet, contemporary and street dance, and there will be static poses as well as short, repetitive sequences of movement to draw from. Please note that she will be wearing workout clothes and dancewear. No-one is teaching the class, you can just draw however you wish, and however you feel comfortable. We have a 10 minute break in the middle.
Where? The top floor of the Cygnet Theatre, Friars' Gate, Exeter, EX2 4AZ, (next to the Quayside). There is free on street parking around the venue after 6pm, and nearby carparks at Magdalen Street Car Park or the Cathedral & Quay multi-story.
When? Thursdays, 7-9pm. Check out our page on Eventbrite for upcoming classes! Please arrive to have yourself set up and ready to draw by 6.55pm. Try not to be late. You can ring the bell or give me a call if you're stuck outside.
What do I need to bring? A sketchbook/paper and drawing equipment. Easels welcome. Dry materials preferable. Chairs are supplied.
Who is welcome? Anyone! From complete beginner, to experienced artist. It doesn't matter if you've never even drawn before, just come and have a go! Classes are super friendly and there is no requirement to show your work.
