EXERCISE as MEDICINE for ADHD
Join exercise physiologist, Katie Stewart, and pharmacist, Jason Chew, for this Dare to Care event where they explore the profound effects of personally prescribed exercise programs when it comes to managing ADHD symptoms and enhancing overall wellbeing.
