Join us for a dynamic and supportive exercise class designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson's disease. Led by an experienced Exercise Physiologist, this 60-minute class offers a comprehensive approach to improving mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
This series of classes is held every Monday at 11am and 12:30pm between July 8, 2024 and September 23, 2024. Please attend at the time that is most convenient for you.

Stretching: Gentle and effective techniques to enhance flexibility and reduce muscle stiffness.
Patient Education: Valuable insights and tips on managing Parkinson's through exercise and lifestyle adjustments.
Increased Amplitude Functional Exercises: Targeted movements to improve range of motion and functional capabilities.
Forced Effort Exercise: High-intensity activities to boost endurance and cardiovascular health.
Motor-Cognitive and Motor-Dual Tasking: Engaging exercises that challenge both the body and mind, promoting better coordination and cognitive function.
Boxing: Fun and empowering drills to enhance balance, strength, and confidence.
