Exercise Foundations 101 empowers participants by giving them the knowledge and skills to take charge of their health and fitness.Led by personal trainer Kerry McCormick, the comprehensive four-week program is designed to address the common struggles individuals face when it comes to creating and evolving their exercise routines.
By the end of the series, attendees will have a solid understanding of exercise fundamentals, effective warm-up and cool-down techniques, proper use of machines and equipment, and how to design their own exercise programs.
Our next Exercise Foundations 101 program runs on Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, September 25 through October 16. The cost of the full four-week program is $150. Heritage members receive a 10% discount.
