Meet Dr. Pritchett

Dr. Katie Pritchett is an award-winning educator who empowers students to become innovative, resilient, and ethical leaders. As the Director of the Entrepreneurship Minor, Dr. Pritchett brings over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of education and business and on the cusp of innovation. As a valued member of the Texas Executive Education Team, she specializes in strategic innovation, change management, leadership coaching and approaches, and organizational effectiveness.

She is an entrepreneur and is a co-founder of Engage Leadership Consulting, LLC. Some of her recent clients include SXSW EDU, the Texas Association of School Boards, Community Impact, and Habitat for Humanity.

She leverages her pedagogical expertise and research background to deliver high-quality experiential learning opportunities to her students because she holds tantamount that “learning by doing” is the most effective method to engage learners.
