About the Group
This ongoing therapy group blends storytelling, Expressive Arts Therapy, DBT, and Dungeons & Dragons roleplay to help participants build focus, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive, neurodivergent-affirming environment. Sessions unfold within Planescape’s Infinite Staircase, providing a creative backdrop for growth and discovery. Group members also draw from structured resources including:
The Neurodivergent Skills Workbook for Autism and ADHD (New Harbinger)
Evidence-based executive functioning resources from Russell Barkley and Stephanie Sarkis
These tools support learning, skill practice, and integration beyond the roleplay experience.

Who: Adults 18+
Cost: $40 per session (private pay)
Insurance Accepted: RMHP, NHP Medicaid, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (coverage varies)
Experience: No prior roleplay experience or group therapy experience required
