Join us for our Exclusive Networking Night in person at The Gates on Roblin. Networking Night brings together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment with a specialized educational presentation. Networking Night exists simply for networking, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of education, food, drinks, networking & celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities & execution between members.

What to Expect:
1. Casual and low-pressure networking environment
2. Advanced introductions — Attendees share with the group their name, their area of investing focus, and any requests or challenges they have to immediately facilitate value & connections. Attendees also have the chance to share an opportunity they have (whether seeking capital/deal/etc..) or what they’re looking for.
3. Keynote -- A featured local subject matter expert will deliver an educational presentation on a highly requested topic of interest within our community. The content of the Speaker Sessions is localized (relevant to Manitoban real estate investors specifically) and is geared towards the high-performing, active investors that make up our community. Introducing our Speaker:
Illia Usach is a real estate investor and entrepreneur with a passion for transforming properties and building strong communities. A graduate of the Asper School of Business, Illia began his entrepreneurial journey by running a successful residential house painting business and later started flipping houses during his final year of studies.
Since then, Illia has completed 15 flips, ranging from a $256,000 townhouse to a $1,060,000 luxury home. Each project has provided valuable lessons in finding the right deals, executing strategic renovations, and assembling a dependable team.
In his presentation, Flipping Profitably - Lesson Learned, Another Dollar Earned, Illia will share his journey, including the challenges and key strategies that have shaped his success in real estate. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced investor, his story offers practical insights and inspiration to help you achieve your goals.

Welcome to the Gates on Roblin, a historic venue located in Headingley, Manitoba. This property was originally known as the Woodlands, a residential estate built in the early 1900s.
Since then, this magnificent seven-acre property has been a beloved summer cottage, a family home, and a haven for photographers, mink breeders, and even horse enthusiasts.
In 2006, The gates transformed this beautiful estate into a stunning event venue, where they host weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
They’ve maintained the historic charm of the property while adding modern amenities and conveniences. The Gates on Roblin is now one of the premier event venues in the city, known for its exceptional service and breathtaking surroundings.
