Join us for our Exclusive Networking Night in-person at The Breezy Bend Golf & Country Club Networking Night brings together the NREIC community for an evening of networking amongst other active and high-performing real estate investors, in an unbiased, sales-free environment. Networking Night exists simply for networking, collaborating, assisting, and empowering one another. With a fusion of food, drinks, networking & celebration, casual conversations flourish into meaningful opportunities & execution between members.**This is a paid event, please follow the instructions and details.**
What to Expect:
1. Casual and low-pressure networking environment
2. Advanced introductions — Attendees share with the group their name, their area of investing focus, and any requests or challenges they have to immediately facilitate value & connections. Attendees also have the chance to share an opportunity they have (whether seeking capital/deal/etc..) or what they’re looking for.
3. Keynote -- A featured local subject matter expert will deliver an educational presentation on a highly requested topic of interest within our community. The content of the Speaker Sessions is localized (relevant to Manitoban real estate investors specifically) and is geared towards the high-performing, active investors that make up our community. The Venue:
Welcoming you to the Breezy Bend Golf & Country Club, founded originally acquired in 1937 by John McMahon and farmed for 20 years. The first earth was turned with a bulldozer in 1956 and soon, Lot 8 was acquired and Breezy bend was founded. Breezy bend opened its door in 1960 and has since been recognized as one of Winnipegs premier private country club & has hosted many Canadian and provincial championships. In addition, we have the honour of hosting you in their recently renovated venue/facility, and if you were to golf here in the summer, majority of the golf course was redesigned by renowned architects, David Grant & Tyler Kearns.

John Wintrup is a seasoned urban planning professional that typically handles the controversial land developments that get stuck in the metro Winnipeg area. A well-known subject matter expert witness on land-use planning policies, processes, regulations, by-laws, and land development scenarios.
