Each Sunday, you’ll have the chance to practice with a different talented instructor from Miami Life Center. They’re all set to lead you through a unique blend of poses and breathing techniques designed to end your week on a high note.
Whether you're a dedicated yogi or just starting out, these classes are perfect for anyone looking to finish their week feeling balanced and revitalized.
