Excision, a DJ and a producer, has maintained his relevance in dubstep music for more than a decade now. He collaborated with two of his fellow famed DJs to release the

Boom EP, which led to his rise in popularity. As he continued to produce more songs, the dubstep world eventually recognized him as one of the most adept producers in the genre. Excision has dozens of releases to his name, although X Rated, Robo Kitty and Final Boss are the most popular hits he has ever produced.

Excision is the stage name for Jeff Abel. He began his career in 2004 and has remained active in dubstep since then. Ahead of capturing the attention of DJ Datsik and Flux Pavillion, he would record himself and upload his original tracks and EPs. Excision later did a Boom EP that marked the beginning of his significant achievements. He has since then worked with other artists such as The SubDivision, Datsik and Downlink. Excision's recognition in the dubstep genre has been widely spread over the electronic music scene. He has released three studio albums, which include X Rated in 2011, Codename X in 2015 and Virus in 2016. His unique style has contributed to his massive following for years.
