Exchange of Learning Days for Iyengar Yoga Teachers

Exchange of Learning Days, (EoL) are a great learning opportunity for all teachers and trainee teachers. There is a chance for everyone to share knowledge and experiences in a friendly environment. These sessions are not assessed in any way.
This year we are exploring the practice of Yoga throughout life, starting in childhood and going all the way to old age. Our aim is to discuss ways of working with students at all stages in their lives, taking into account the various issues that may arise on this journey.
We will investigate teaching particular age groups, and take into consideration that many teachers have classes with a wide range of ages.
