Kick off the Excellence Black Tie Gala Weekend on Friday with First Fridays: Sneakers & Blazers at The Forum in downtown Columbus, featuring a live performance by R&B sensation Case! Enjoy a laid-back yet stylish atmosphere as we get the weekend started with smooth tunes and good vibes.
Then, on Saturday, the Excellence Black Tie Gala takes it to the next level. Last year, over 4,000 guests joined us for a night of unforgettable moments, and this year will be even more spectacular! From the red carpet entrance to the culinary journey with tastings from Columbus's most talented chefs, the evening will be filled with elegance and excitement.
Entertainment will be off the charts, including live performances by top musicians, DJs, and a special comedy performance by the fantasic Joe Torry! Plus, you’ll get to explore the amazing exhibits at COSI, with interactive displays that make science come alive. The night begins at 7 p.m. and continues until midnight, with an after-party at The Bluestone to keep the energy going.
