How much do the fine details really matter when brewing beer? Equipment, timing, brewer quirks, tiny tweaks… do they make a difference, or is it all foam and no substance?
To find out, we’ve set a challenge:

Four of Tassie’s favourite breweries Moo Brew Brewery, Hopfields Brewery, Van Dieman Brewery, King Island Brewhouse + the Hobart Brewers homebrew club have all brewed the exact same beer.. or have they?
Come along to Shambles Brewery, Hobart, on Friday 15 August, 7–9pm, and taste the results for yourself. It’s our very own Great Tassie Brew Off, and you get to be the judge!
