Use a combination of gentle and relaxing asana (poses), pranayama (breath exercises) and meditation to calm the mind and relieve stress. Ah bliss!
We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
