Take some time to reconnect with nature this Thrive Week. Join Nature at McMaster for a mindful winter hike through Cootes Paradise!
Registration is required.
Please meet at the entrance to the Ravine Road Trail, located behind Les Prince Hall near the Altitude Tower on the North end of McMaster's main campus, at 12:30pm. The hike will be approximately 90 minutes, ending at 2:00pm.
Please come prepared for the weather!
What to bring/wear:
-Comfortable, closed-toe, durable WINTER shoes -the terrain is hilly and may be slippery in places, please ensure that your footwear is appropriate for winter hiking conditions
-Ensure you wear clothing that will keep you warm, such as a winter coat, gloves, hat, scarf etc.
-Water bottle

We may choose to take photos/record videos of the event for records purposes. Individuals will be informed and can consent or not consent. Non-consenting individuals will not be photographed. Some content may be used for social media, which will also be made known at the beginning of the event.
