In every brushstroke, abstract form, or symbolic image, the artist communicates what language often cannot: the invisible dimensions of human thought and feeling.In the Inter-University English Debate Championship at EWU Debate SPREE 2025, debate becomes an extension of this philosophy. Participants are invited to explore complex ideas, confront unseen societal pressures, and present arguments that transcend surface-level reasoning. Each speech transforms into a canvas, each rebuttal a careful composition, and each round a space where logic and imagination merge. Surrealism inspires debaters to see beyond convention, interpret ambiguity, and convey nuanced truths with clarity and conviction.
