This workshop blends Vinyasa-based yoga with the fluidity of modern mobility science, infused with Animal Flow. Participants will explore joint-controlled mobility, strength within movement, and creative transitions that enhance stability, coordination, and overall movement efficiency.
Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this experience will expand your movement vocabulary, support more intelligent sequencing, and inspire greater creativity and variety in your classes.
About Your Teacher:
Patricia Jimenez Hamilton, E-RYT 500, YACEP, is the founder of Mind Body Fusion and a longtime fitness educator with decades of experience in yoga, functional training, and instructor education.
With a background in dance and athletics, she guides yoga teachers in integrating mobility science and ground-based strength into traditional sequencing—while preserving the heart of yoga. Her approach emphasizes smooth, graceful transitions that bring both intelligence and creativity to each practice.
Patty also spent many years in leadership roles within scientific software sales and consulting for the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. That experience deepened her understanding of human behavior and motivation, which she now brings into both her classes and instructor workshops.
