EVOLVING Psychologically Responsive Leadership: 8 day course

An 8-day leadership course to help you to develop your full potential as a leader, to enhance your skills, build safety and innovation, and strengthen your psychological knowledge to effectively lead your team and organisation.

The course includes the following eight modules:

E - Enabling Others

V - Values & Vision

O - Observing & Understanding Relationship dynamics

L - Language & Communication

V - Vulnerability & Self-Reflection

I - Integrity & Trust

N - Narratives: Personal & Organisational

G - Generating Safety

The course is suitable for mid-level to senior leaders in a range of organisations, including health, social care and education.

The course will be delivered at Changing Minds offices in central Warrington.

Course Dates

Orientation and individual check in: March/April 2023

Modules 1 and 2: 25th and 26th April 2023

Modules 3 and 4: 23rd and 24th May 2023

Modules 5 and 6: 13th and 14th June 2023

Modules 7 and 8: 11th and 12th July 2023

Individual follow up sessions to take place in July/August 2023

Cost £2,200 plus VAT (to include course materials, lunch and refreshments)
