The name, format, and idea for this event (as well as January’s theme) comes from my fitness and movement Soul Sister, Kristy McNaughton, who has offered this Evolve program in Readfield for years. I attend her event whenever I can make it. Now, I am excited to partner with her to expand the reach of this offering to Bangor.

These sessions blend gentle yoga, guided free movement, and reflection in a warm and welcoming environment.
