About this Event
🗓 February 28 at 8:00am – March 1 at 8:00am
📍 Start/Finish: Orijin Yoga + Pilates Studio, corner of Boundary & Kingsway (Burnaby)
⏱ The Format
• 6.71 km loop
• New loop starts every hour, on the hour
• Finish your loop within the hour to stay on schedule
• Any remaining time becomes your break
This is not an official race. The hourly format creates structure and shared starts, but the tone is relaxed. Participate in a way that feels challenging and responsible for you.
🏁 Participation
The official event begins at 8:00am on February 28. Participants may continue for as many loops as they choose, up to 24 hours.
If you’re not planning to follow the full hourly format, you’re welcome to drop in at any time and complete a loop or two.
There will be no overall winner. Unlike a traditional "last person standing" event, the aim is to create space for runners to push toward their own distance goals while being supported by the community around them. That shared success is the win!
🎟 Registration
This is a ticketed event.
Registration includes:
• Official event shirt (lululemon Zeroed In Short-Sleeve Shirt - unisex sizing)
• Curated goodie bag from event sponsors
• Support from our sponsors (giveaways, freebies, special discounts)
• Use of the start/finish rest area at Orijin Yoga + Pilates
Participants may run as many loops as they choose, up to 24 hours. Drop-ins are welcome throughout the event, but registration is required to receive event merchandise and support. Any extra proceeds made from this event wil go towards KidSport Burnaby.
Spots are limited to maintain a safe and supportive event experience.
💛 Supporting KidSport Burnaby
There will be an optional donation section at checkout in support of KidSport Burnaby, helping reduce financial barriers for youth participation in sport.
Every contribution helps a local child access the opportunity to move, play, and be part of a team. If this event means something to you, consider extending that impact to someone who may not otherwise have the same access.
All donations are voluntary and go directly toward supporting youth sport in our community.
🌲 The Route
The loop runs around the majority of Central Park and returns to Orijin Yoga + Pilates each hour, creating a consistent space to reset, refuel, and connect.
The official route map and suggested tracking details will be posted on Strava prior to the event.

About ERC
Evolve Run Club (ERC) is a Vancouver and Burnaby–based running community founded by Dr. Kat Hombrebueno, chiropractor & performance therapist at Optimal Performance Clinic, as well as lululemon ambassador. Please join her as she prepares for BPN's G1M Backyard Ultra in April!
ERC brings together runners of all levels through road, track, and trail sessions that blend structured training with relaxed social miles. The focus is on consistency, connection, and long-term progress.
The goal is simple: create inclusive spaces where people can challenge themselves, move with intention, and support one another. All paces are welcome. RAIN OR SHINE.
