Evolve: Free Community Walk / Run Club
Join us for a refreshing and energizing morning with Evolve Trilogy! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just want to enjoy a mindful walk , this event is for every body.
We’ll kick off with a welcoming circle, followed by a community-paced walk or run (your choice), and close out with a guided stretch session to connect breath, body, and spirit.
What to Expect:
– 5-10 minute welcome + intention setting
– Choose your pace: walk or light run (20-30 min)
– Community connection & good vibes
? All are welcome! This is a free experience open to the public—bring a friend, your partner, or come solo and meet your new wellness tribe.

- Water Bottle to stay hydrated
- Sunscreen
- Comfortable shoes & light layers
