About this Event

Evie:

Evie is alt-folk with a twist. Her debut EP ‘Since the Fire,’ earns nods for an awkward, but delicate take on songwriting. At 22, Evie is happy to be the haunted house of the Irish music scene, drawing on influences such as Radiohead, Lisa Hannigan and Phoebe Bridgers. As Hot Press writes, “seeing an artist know herself and her sound this early on was remarkable to watch.” Evie is gearing up for her second EP this winter.

Circa:

CIRCA are a 4-piece group consisting of guitar, bass, drums, lead and backing vocals. At its core, Circa is Sean Fox Gordon (Vocals & Guitar), Sam Urwin (Bass), Matthew Nealon (Lead Guitar), and Fionn Maguire O’Loughlin (Vocals and Drums). Taking influence from a range of genres, such as; rock, pop, funk, reggae and soul. CIRCA combine to create accessible and unique blends of music.

Innuendo:

Through their inventive songwriting and relentless drive, Dublin based alt-rock band INNUENDO strikes a chord against the post-modern punk laden Irish music scene. They aim to deliver a fresh and tantalizing atmosphere through their melodically compelling and distinct original songs, while still paying homage to the classics and vintage niches. Taking inspiration from the sounds of the alt and art-rock scene of the late 20th century, as well as the softer sides of indie and pop-rock, they inject their music with a modern feel and contagious energy rooting from their popular live sets.

Burglar:

Willow met Eduardo through mutual friends in Trinity College. The Dublin-based duo Burglar decided to work on songs together after several efforts to help each other start their respective solo careers. They first bonded over fuzzy riffs and harsh, metallic beats, but has since branched out into psychedelia-fuelled indie rock. Willow’s dissociative lyricism and Eduardo’s confessional style result in energetic songs with interchangeable vocal leads and omnipresent harmonic work. Their single Comeback is out now on all platforms.

WeAreOkay:

WeAreOkay is a brand for the bands. Only recently emerging onto the Dublin scene this summer has been fun for WeAreOkay.
