About this Event
We’re excited to launch our first Singles Supper Club, a deliciously social twist on dining out. Held in the stunning Hub on Verulam in St Albans, this is your chance to enjoy a three-course meal, a glass of fizz on arrival, and a relaxed, sociable evening with other singles.
How it works:
- Mingle and meet new people before the meal begins.
- Share a three-course menu, with seating arrangements changing between courses, so you get to chat to multiple people throughout the evening.
- After dessert, enjoy time to continue conversations at your own pace.
The Menu:
- Starter: Cauliflower velouté, onion bhaji, curry oil – a perfect introduction to the evening.
- Main Course: Choose between
- Stuffed chicken leg with sage and chestnut, chorizo, and smoked paprika cassoulet
- Butternut squash Wellington with smoked pepper cassoulet
- Dessert: Buttermilk panna cotta with spiced rhubarb compote and gingerbread crumb
