About this Event
Xponential and Morgan Stanley lunchtime briefings provide insights into issues relevant for chief executives and board members of charities and not-for-profit (NFP) organisations. During the briefings, there are sector and market updates from Xponential and Morgan Stanley, followed by a presentation from an expert speaker and ending with a facilitated discussion with the expert and guests.
This session features expert speaker, Jennifer Moltisanti is an Assistant Commissioner with the ATO and leads the ATO’s Not-For-Profit Centre. Jennifer will talk about the work of the ATO, and her department as well as tax law in relation to the NFP sector and of course answer any questions you may have - large or small. Jennifer may be joined by technical specialist Mel Knight, Director in the ATO's Wealth Management and Not-For-Profit Centre's Advice and Endorsement area.
Whether your organisation has DGR, TCC, is trying to get it, or you have questions about the correct receipting of donations and goods, or GST and auctions, fringe benefits and anything else tax related, this session is ideal for Treasurers, CEOs and CFOs.
