- A screening of "Everyone Needs a Home," a 40-minute documentary introduction to San Antonio's housing challenges today.
- Three Lunch and Learn sessions, including a look at Community Land Trusts with the Esperanza Peace and Justice Center, a primer on how zoning works, and a workshop on how to talk about housing.
- More breakouts in the afternoon, including a presentation on who owns San Antonio, a look at San Antonio’s continuum of care for the unhoused, and a workshop on how to become a housing advocate.

In this engaging presentation, the research firm Urban3 will share an unprecedented set of data on how Bexar County is assessing the value of residential properties. Special thanks to the San Antonio Board of Realtors, which provided access to MLS data and funded research in a first-of-its-kind partnership with the H. E. Butt Foundation.
