Intended for those living with a Neurological condition, this session will focus on gentle, mindful, evidenced based practices to decrease stress, promote ease and rest and support feelings of well-being. These practices can foster improved connection to self and others.
Session includes:
- Breath Practices.
- Accessible Mindful Movements
- Body Centered Meditations.
- Understanding and learning tools for regulating the nervous system.
- Self-reflection on self-care practices.
- Increase participant’s toolbox with practices to support themselves through life’s issues and stages.
- Quick tips for responding and supporting the stress cycle.
