Perhaps you have heard that mindfulness is helpful, but silent meditation doesn’t work for you and you don’t know where to start? Join us for an introduction to ways that you can incorporate mindfulness as a part of everyday life. This session will introduce different foundational information, some traditional practices, and accessible suggestions to bring mindfulness into your busy life in ways that will support more presence and calm.Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket to support relaxation near the end of the workshop (optional).
