The Doorway needs your help for our Casino fundraiser on Sunday and Monday, October 13 and 14! We are dedicated to helping young people in Calgary transition off the streets through a unique self-directed approach. Participants not only work towards achieving their goals but learn valuable planning and problem-solving skills that will serve them in their future endeavours. The Casino event helps raise essential funds so that we can continue our programs in support of youth, helping them to create new and enriching lives away from the streets. Our next Casino Fundraiser has been scheduled for Sunday and Monday, October 13 and 14, at Cowboys Casino, and we would sincerely appreciate your help as a volunteer this year.
We are in need of volunteers to help as General Managers, Cashiers, Chip Runners, Count Room staff, Count Room Supervisors and back-up volunteers.
