- A simple sourdough recipe
- Making sourdough pizza bases
- Creating a gluten free bread flour blend
- Troubleshooting
You'll make a loaf and pizza base during the class and work through the recipes with me in detail. You'll also get to taste test breads during the break.
This class is suitable for intermediate level bakers although you don't have to have made bread before. I hope you can make it!
