Dates - Thursday Mornings 10.30 - 12.30 pm - 15th & 29th Jan, 5th &19th Feb, 12th March. Refreshments provided.
We will be looking at some holistic "Self Care " like- Exercises for Brain Health, Vitamins for Health and Vitality, Eating Well, easy recipes, Relaxation and Meditation and Yoga.
