Come and enjoy an afternoon of fused glass. Make 2 unique fused glass flowers which after firing each one will be mounted onto a copper stem. During a 2 hour workshop you will be shown the basics of fused glass. Its a hands on workshop with no experience necessary. You will make a piece of fused glass using special fusing glass .Using a pre-cut circle base you will learn how to cut it to create the basic shape of your flowers Then you will use a range of techniques to decorate your flowers. All health and safety procedures are in place . Your pieces are then fired twice back at the studio. The first firing to fuse all the glass pieces together, the 2nd firing to make the shape of your flower. ,It will then be attached to a copper stem base and returned to The Mulberry Bush 7 - 10 days later.
All equipment and materials will be provided , as will refreshments and a sweet treat.

This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill. The pictures give an impression of what the finished product may look like. Everyone designs their own piece and obviously, each piece is unique and makes for a lovely keepsake.
Minimum age 14 years +
For health and safety please wear closed toe shoes/ trainers. Long hair needs to be tied back please.
