Dark melodic metal from Gothenburg!
After more than 30 years of existence, Gothenburg's finest metal masters EVERGREY are far away from slowing things down. The five-piece, led by founder, singer and guitarist Tom S. Englund, will release its fourteenth studio album, Theories of Emptiness, on June 7, 2024 via Napalm Records. Without any doubt, the new album marks one of the most dynamic records the band has ever crafted throughout their impressive career. Theories of Emptiness was produced by Tom S. Englund and Jonas Ekdahl, and was mixed by Adam "Nolly" Getgood (ex-Periphery), who worked closely with the band from the start - bringing out the vividness of the album’s overall sonic profile. Rounding out the album’s production, mastering was helmed by Thomas “Plec” Johansson (Soilwork, The Night Flight Orchestra, Onslaught, The Gems, Eleine and many more).
Since releasing their first album, The Dark Discovery, in 1998, EVERGREY have gifted their devotees 13 studio records depicting dark, emotional imagery supported by progressive and heavy melodic metal elements. Theories of Emptiness follows its chart-topping and critically acclaimed predecessor, 2022’s A Heartless Portrait (The Orphean Testament), which entered charts worldwide at #3 in Sweden (Metal), ranked #5 on the Top New Artist Albums charts in the United States, entered #7 in Finland and #12 in Germany.

KLOGR
Despite the prejudices surrounding the world of alternative metal, KLOGR exemplifies a band that has consistently captivated and retained its audience. With their next full-length album due out next winter, the band lives up to its name, returning to the scene with an impeccable album that pays attention to the smallest details and is rich in nuances and influences. Following their last album, Keystone (2017), which saw Klogr sharing the stage with bands such as The Rasmus, Infected Rain, and Butcher Babies, the band is finally ready to return with new music and a new tour. "Many things have happened in recent years that have slowed down the band's activity, personal problems and global situations that we all know. It took time for the new work, but I'm sure of one thing: never has so much energy been concentrated in a Klogr album. It was worth it, and we're ready to get back on the scene and stay there," says Rusty. Since their formation in 2011, KLOGR has relentlessly toured until 2020, conquering international stages and supporting acts like Prong, Limp Bizkit, Guano Apes, and Puddle of Mudd. In 2017, the band released a video capturing their intense live performances, featuring footage from ten shows with special guest Art Cruz. Klogr is set to ignite the European stages once again. Come winter 2024, they will demonstrate their uncontrollable power and energy, reaffirming their place in the alternative metal scene.

INNER VITRIOL
INNER VITRIOL is a progressive-dark metal band based in Bologna (IT). The band - under the former monicker “Vitriol” - released two albums with the American label Melodic Revolution Records. Their full lenght “Into the Silence I Sink" was highly acclaimed by the international press at its release and the American radio show “Prog Metal Show” put it at the 8th place in the "Top 50 progressive metal albums of the year". The band toured across Italy, UK, Poland, Austria, and Russia, also performing as opener for Dream Theater, Sons of Apollo, Pain of Salvation, Evergrey, Soen, Kingcrow and Votum. The monicker stems from the acronym of one of the most famous mottos of Renaissance alchemy “V.i.t.r.i.o.l. - Visita Interiora Terrae Rectificando Invenies Occultum Lapidem” (Enter the bowels of the Earth and, through your purification, you will find the hidden stone). It is a metaphor representing the path of man inside his own Ego to finally find the philosophical Truth. The duality of the locution “inner vitriol”, referring both to a corrosive chemical compound and to the renaissance motto, well describes the essence of the band, constantly pursuing balance between aggressiveness and introspection. In 2023, INNER VITRIOL released an official live DVD shot in Moscow and two singles with videoclips, they about to release a new single and a new full-length.
