FOR THE WOMAN WHO WANTS TO REMEMBER HER POWERTHROUGH CONSCIOUSNESS.
This course is an in-person journey into the inner landscape of SELF… how you are really feeling - thinking - being and why. We’ll be using the natural energies of the moon phases to boost our exploration and propel us into deeper self-awareness and growth.
We’ll meet every Sunday evening at
MK Creative Arts Studio, Wake Forest
for 4 weeks, beginning January 18th, 2026.
Each week will be like going on a date with yourself, but not a first where you ask “what’s your favorite food?” or “what do you do for a living?” Instead, this is a self-care date where you ask intimate and deep questions that really matter like, “what does your heart need?” and “what beliefs are holding you back?”
By listening deeply through meditative journeying, journaling and discussion we’ll unlock all the crap that’s holding you back, and shine a light on your hidden potential and inner radiance. There will be candle-light, embodied connection and of course the power of the moon.
In addition you’ll receive:
~ a special Ever Awakening notebook complete with course material and journaling pages,
~ essential oil infused moon water to enhance the work,
~ an online Course Portal that features an intro message for each week,
~ bonus meditations if you choose to go deeper,
~ a Voxer (free app) group chat to communicate and stay in touch during the week,

Each week we use the energy of the moon phase to give us direction and fuel our explorations:
WEEK 1
We begin on the New Moon, the phase of listening, reflection and intuition. We’ll be connecting to our bodies, our hearts, spirit (however you define that), and our guides.
WEEK 2
The first quarter moon is all about setting intentions for what you want to manifest. But in order to really manifest you must be in right relation with yourself. We will dive into self-compassion, worthiness, clarity, abundance, and other deliciousness.
WEEK 3
The full moon is the perfect time to release and celebrate. Things such as anger, social conditioning, self-judgment and grief can block us and keep us in fear and doubt. We’ll be dumping some baggage so we can have more joy and purpose in life.
WEEK 4
The last quarter moon is devoted to the embodiment of all of YOU, your gifts, your purpose and being in the state of grace with yourself and the ever awakening process.

AGE: 18 and up
SKILL LEVEL: Commitment to the process and having the ability for open, honest inner reflection will help you get the most out of this course
WHAT’S PROVIDED: Chairs/mats, pillows, blankets, eye pillows and a course workbook
WHAT TO BRING: a willingness to explore your inner landscape and grow, an open mind and heart, and any extras you may need to be comfortable on the floor
CLASS OBJECTIVE: To provide threads of exploration within a safe environment for self-discovery, deep inner work, and insight. We’ll use the energy of the phases of the moon to empower you into further expansion. This is internal work with open reflection and discussion to facilitate greater awakening however, you are not required to share.
