📸 Professional Group Portrait – VIP children will take a high-quality group photo with all six princesses at the end of the ball. Professional photos will be emailed within 4 weeks after the event.
The VIP Keepsake Package is available only with VIP ticket purchases and will be presented at check-in. This option will not be available for purchase the day of.
Photography Information
📸 VIP Ticket Holders receive a professional group portrait with all the princesses at the end of the ball. The edited photo will be delivered via email within four weeks of the event.
📸 General Admission Guests have access to candid event photos taken by our photographer. However, we cannot guarantee that every child will be individually featured in these images.
Event Schedule
🕰 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM – Session 1
🕰 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM – Session 2
🕰 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM – Session 3
Each session lasts 90 minutes and is designed to ensure an intimate, high-quality experience for every guest.
Important Information for Guests
👗 Dress Code:
- Children: Encouraged to wear their favorite princess attire.
- Adults: Dress in Sunday best or casual clothing. To maintain the magic and authenticity of the experience, we kindly ask that adults do not dress in costumes resembling our fairytale characters.
🎟 Tickets: Required for all attendees. Babies under 12 months may attend for free with a paid adult.
🔄 Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and must be purchased in advance.
👨👩👧 Parental Supervision: Guardians must remain with children at all times during the event.
🚫 Food & Beverages: No food or drinks will be served, but you are welcome to bring your own.
A Note on Character Appearances
Our fairytale characters are inspired by classic public domain stories and are exclusive to Ever After Events. While the character lineup may vary, there will be six princesses at every session. Specific princesses are not guaranteed.
