About this Event
A four-part series of event management workshops designed to support event activation in public spaces. Along with event stakeholders, the KELC Events leadership team is ready to share years of experience in festival design and event execution. The interactive workshops are designed to address the major event topics with a format that allows attendees to bring their "plaguing" questions to explore how events can be creatively enhanced and supported through a risk management framework. The free and interactive workshops will help any level of event planner to design or retool their event for sustainability and future success.
This free workshop series is designed to allow attendees to attend just one or any of the series. The series is designed to meet event planners where they are and in the process of where they might be in either considering or planning an event. Special guests will and contractors will be in attendance to provide additional resources. Event registration is through EventBrite. Attendees will select a week-by-week attendance date. Each selection will require the attendee to go back to their main event portal to select the individual workshop dates. A confirmation email will be sent upon signup with a reminder email send the week prior. Reservations are used to plan for handouts, seating, and snacks.
