How it Works:
1.) Book your appointment at https://sjrhfoundation.ca/WillsforSJRHF
2.) Once your appointment is booked, Lutz Parish Gerrish team will contact you to guide you through the process and gather the necessary documentation.
3.) Attend your appointment on January 17, 2025, to finalize the process. A donation of $150 per Will will be collected at this time, and you can make your gift by cash, card, or cheque.
