About this Event

About Yoga at the Arboretum

Experience the calming power of nature at FONA's Evening Zen: Yoga At The Arboretum. Join us for a rejuvenating evening of yoga and connection in the beauty of the arboretum with certified instructors from Bikram Yoga Works. This outdoor evening yoga class invites individuals of all levels to unlock the potential of their bodies through the FLEX’T™ workshop offered by Bikram Yoga Works. This 60-minute class is meant to help you understand how you can stretch for strength. Beautiful muscles are made from stretching. FLEX’T™ will help you unlock your fascia to facilitate freedom of movement. In this class, you’ll marry breath with dynamic stretching to open the body, improve mobility and reduce pain in movement.

During the session some may engage in intensive practice, others can choose to relax and connect with the tranquil surroundings, exploring the benefits of breath work and dynamic stretching. Participants can immerse themselves in the serene environment, allowing for both intensive practice and moments of personal reflection. This nurturing workshop is designed to help you open your body, improve mobility, and reduce pain in movement, making it accessible for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Reserve Your Ticket

Please pay what you can to attend this event. Our suggested ticket price is $22 (or $15 if you are a FONA member). This covers what we pay our guide to lead this experience, and the cost of our staff to organize these events.

However, if paying $22 would prohibit you from attending this event, please pay what you can. We believe a connection to the land fosters the mental, physical, and spiritual wellness of individuals, communities, and the planet. We want to provide a quality event that facilitates this connection, but we also believe all members of our community should have access to this event.

If you are able to pay more than the suggested ticket price, the difference will go towards covering the cost of those in our community who can’t.

Once purchased, you will receive more information on how to prepare for the event.

No pets or children under 16 for this experience.
