Join us for the return of an Evening with Five Chefs: a student scholarship fundraiser benefiting the culinary students of central Indiana brought to you by the Greater Indianapolis Chapter of the American Culinary Federation and Culinary Crossroads.
Hosted by Chef Eli Laidlaw and the Alexander Hotel, this Chef curated event showcasing the art, architecture, and agriculture of central Indiana has been reimagined as an ever evolving culinary experience.
Each year Chef Laidlaw will lead a new team to showcase the talents of central Indiana in a experience designed by the Chefs from the ground up.
This year our Chefs will create their dishes in the Market Table at the Alexander where guests can see the components come together while interacting with our guest Chefs. This relaxed culinary experience is designed to immerse you in the kitchen and the tastes while learning from each Chef and gaining a new appreciation for their craft while supporting the next generation on their culinary journeys.
Proceeds from the evening will go to the Greater Indianapolis ACF Scholarship fund and the Greg Hardesty Fund.
