This Friday evening flow blends mindful movement with steady, energizing sequences to help you release tension from the week and reset for the weekend ahead. Especially supportive for those feeling tight or imbalanced after long hours of work, this practice offeres a balanced approach to movement strenght, and ease.
Expect gentle warm-ups and stretches, standing and balancing work, light core activiation, accessible backbends and twists, optional inversions, and a soothing closing sequence to leave you grounded, clear, and renewed.
Options will be offered throughout, and props are encouraged to support a practice that meets you where you are. Come as you are and move in a way that feels right for your body.

Meet Genia Kim!
She is an RYS 200 yoga teacher trained through CorePoer Yoga (2024) and Kuti Yoga in collaboration with Samavaya (2025). What began as a way to heal chronic neck and shoulder pain has grown into a steady, grounding daily practice. Her teaching is rooted in vinyasa and inspired by ongoing study in Ashtanga and classical yoga traditions. In her classes, Genia offers thoughtful guidance, accessible options, and encouragemnet to use props so students can move in a way that feels supportive and sustainable for their own body. She continues her studies with deep gratitude for her teachers and feels honored to share yoga with students at every stage of their journey.
