Join us for a deeply nourishing 75-minute candlelight workshop combining Yin Yoga, soothing singing bowls, and Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation for profound relaxation.
The evening begins with slow, grounding Yin poses supported by props, inviting the body to release tension and settle into stillness. As you move through the practice, you’ll be surrounded by the healing vibrations of live singing bowls, played by Melissa and Steve Vidaic.
We’ll close with Yoga Nidra, a restful meditative journey designed to guide you into a state of deep physical, mental, and emotional ease.
