Cheese and wine specialist Peter, his partner Nelli and the team are importing over a hundred traditional cheeses from France, England and Italy, as well as a selection of salamis and cold meats, crackers, jams and other delicacies for the cheese table.
They work with rural and artisanal small producers. Cheeses are made using traditional methods without additional production processes and without additives or preservatives.
This is an evening tasting session where we try 5 cheeses and snacks while having Rolling Cheese team navigating us into the world of artisan cheese. If you would like a wine paring with cheese, you can order on the event day.
