About this Event
Join us as yoga instructor Chris Reshetiloff leads a relaxing session of yoga SUP on Warehouse Creek, and stay to unwind on our beach afterwards. Light refreshments included or bring your own. Bring your own equipment or rent ours! If you plan on bringing your own, please arrive 15 minutes early to prepare.
Chris is a 200 hr RYT with Yoga Alliance and a certified Flowga instructor. She taught yoga lessons in the area for there and a half years, and is CPRFPR certified as well. She is also a high school English teacher (26 years at St. Mary’s!), and has taught swimming lessons at Safe Harbor, Annapolis for 27 years.
