About this Event
We will come together to share a space for meditation and mindfulness, helping us get into a deeper relaxing state with therapeutic sound. Using crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls and gongs, we will pause and relax.
This is a time just for you, where no intentions are needed, nothing is asked of you and you can just 'be'.
No experience is needed for this practice and all are welcome!
Please bring along a yoga mat to sit or lie on. It's also a good idea to bring a blanket and cushions to help you feel comfortable if you choose to lie on the floor. Chairs are also available if being on the floor is not right for you.
